At Nghia Son Furniture we are committed to delivering high-quality products safely and on time. This Delivery Policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs and what to do when your order arrives.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services across Vietnam. For international shipping enquiries, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

2. Delivery Time

In-stock items: typically delivered within 2–5 business days in major cities, and 5–10 business days in other areas.
Customised or made-to-order items: delivery timelines vary with production time. Our team will give you an estimated delivery date when the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Fees

Free delivery is available for orders within selected urban areas, such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, above a minimum purchase value.
A delivery fee may apply to orders outside the free shipping zones or below the minimum order threshold. The fee is calculated and communicated at checkout or by our sales team.

4. Delivery Method

We use a combination of our in-house delivery team and trusted third-party logistics partners, so that each shipment is handled by whichever is better suited to the route and the goods.

5. Receiving Your Order

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Inspect the items carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage or issue, notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer service team.

6. Delivery Delays

While we work to deliver on schedule, delays can occur through circumstances outside our control, such as weather conditions, traffic or supplier issues. We will keep you informed if this happens and will resolve the situation as quickly as we can.
