Payment Policy

At Nghia Son Furniture we aim to make ordering convenient and secure. This Payment Policy sets out the methods we accept, the deposit terms for made-to-order work, and how payments are confirmed and invoiced.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): available for selected orders and locations.
Bank transfer: payment can be made directly to our official company bank account. Confirmation is required before delivery or before production begins.
Credit and debit cards: major cards are accepted through our secure payment gateway, where applicable.
E-wallets and QR payments: accepted through supported platforms including ZaloPay, Momo and VNPay, where applicable.

2. Deposit Policy

For customised or made-to-order furniture, a deposit of 30%–50% of the total value is required before production starts.
The remaining balance is payable before delivery or on receipt, depending on the payment method chosen.

3. Payment Confirmation

For bank transfers and e-wallet payments, please send a copy of the payment receipt to your sales representative or to customer support.
Orders are processed only once payment has been verified.

4. Invoicing

A Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice is available on request.
Please provide complete billing information at the time of purchase if you require an invoice.

5. Security and Privacy

We treat the security of your personal and financial information as a priority. Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels, and Nghia Son Furniture does not store your card or payment details. How we handle personal data more broadly is set out in our Privacy Policy.
