At Nghĩa Sơn Furniture, we aim to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. Please read our Payment Policy to understand the available methods and terms of payment.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select orders and locations.
Bank Transfer: Customers can transfer payments directly to our official company bank account. Payment confirmation is required before delivery or production begins.
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway (if applicable).
E-Wallets and QR Payments: Accepted through supported platforms (ZaloPay, Momo, VNPay, etc., if applicable).

2. Deposit Policy

For customized or made-to-order furniture, a deposit of 30%–50% of the total value is required before production.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or upon receipt, depending on the payment method chosen.

3. Payment Confirmation

For bank transfers or e-wallet payments, please send a copy of the payment receipt to our sales representative or customer support.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been verified.

4. Invoicing

A Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice is available upon request.
Please provide complete billing information at the time of purchase if you require an invoice.

5. Security & Privacy

We prioritize the security of your personal and financial information. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Nghĩa Sơn Furniture does not store your card or payment details.
