The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return window.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), Nghĩa Sơn Furniture will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
