Inspection Policy

At Nghia Son Furniture we place great importance on the quality and condition of our products. This Inspection Policy sets out the checks we carry out before dispatch, what to look for when your order arrives, and how to raise an issue if one appears.

1. Pre-Delivery Inspection

Before any item is shipped it goes through a quality control process:

Each product is checked for structural integrity, surface finish, colour consistency and craftsmanship.
Packaging is inspected to confirm it will protect the goods in transit.
Customised items are verified against the customer’s specifications before dispatch.

2. Inspection on Delivery

We ask every customer to inspect their furniture when it arrives:

Examine the packaging for visible signs of damage.
Unpack and inspect each item for defects, damage or missing parts.
If you find an issue, report it to the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer service team.

Please note: once the delivery receipt is signed without remarks, claiming for visible damage afterwards becomes more difficult.

3. Post-Delivery Inspection Window

If an issue is discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours:

Send photographs of the issue together with your order number.
Our customer care team will assess the situation and propose a solution, which may include repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.

4. Product Warranty and Further Support

All Nghia Son Furniture items are covered by our standard warranty policy. Where an issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will honour our warranty terms and arrange the necessary service.
